These Copilot+ PCs tap into Microsoft’s AI assistant, Copilot, already built into Windows 11 and Microsoft 365. It helps with:

📄 Summarising documents
🎨 Generating images
🔍 And now – smarter file searches

Even better, the search works across cloud files in OneDrive too, making it even more useful for businesses already using Microsoft 365.

⏳ When Is It Coming?

The feature is currently in testing with preview builds of Windows 11 on Copilot+ devices. That usually means a full rollout isn’t far off.

But if you’re not on a Copilot+ PC, you won’t see these changes — at least not for now.
